Culture Change WM is a training company. We have a team of experienced trainers and we are able to offer courses that will transform the way practitioners work together with children, young people, families and communities.  

Our facilitators come from a range of disciplines that includes; Social Work, Mental Health, Education, Youth and Community and Local Authority. We always try to work with people with lived experience to co-produce and co-deliver our training, to enhance our training packages.

Our target audience is primarily social care, education and health; but our courses can be adapted to meet the needs of others, so it's always worth getting in touch if you see something you are interested in.
